From strategy consultant to executive headhunter.
At just 22, Sebastian began his career as an analyst in Zurich at a renowned international management and technology consultancy, advising global clients on transformational and organisational strategy as well as process improvement and restructuring.
His studies took him to Cologne and Guadalajara (Mexico), where he read International Business with a focus on Management Consulting and Leadership Theories. In 2019 he joined Munich's TSBC, a globally active boutique CEO-advisory firm.
Since 2020 Sebastian has honed his Executive Search expertise and is regarded as one of the youngest executive headhunters in the DACH region, building world-class, culturally aligned teams.
Beyond his work he invests in and advises various start-ups and co-founded the award-winning specialty coffee brand KANSO COFFEE LAB. He has successfully placed over 80 executives.
